How Our Return Policy Works

- Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. We’ll provide a return freight label or arrange pickup as needed.
- Full Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Item Condition: Returns must be in original condition, unused, and free from damage unless the issue occurred in transit.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@equilhaul.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label or scheduled pickup.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been completed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain custom-built or modified trailers and containers may not qualify for return. These cases will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return and replacement costs or offer a full refund depending on your preference.
